Great quality, some sizing quibbles though
"I bought this skirt in my first order, so I was a bit unsure of the sizing. I bought this in a 20, as well as a different skirt, and I bought five pairs of pants, two in an 18 and three in a 20. I mention this because this skirt fit my hips perfectly, but is a little loose around my waist, whereas the other skirt in the same size (a pink satin midi skirt that is a lot less flared of a style) fit me perfectly. One of the pairs of pants in the 18 was slightly big at the waist, and one fit PERFECTLY. Of the three pants in a 20, two were exchanged for size 16's, since I believe they were closer to two sizes too big than one size too big, but the other was exchanged for an 18, despite just being a different color of one of the other pairs, because a size 16 wasn't available. The non-identical 16 fits my hips like a glove, but is slightly loose at the waist. There isn't that much difference between the 16 and the 18 in the identical pairs, but the 18 is just a bit gappy at the waist. For the record, the size 18 dresses fit me quite well (though again, it is a bit of a hit or miss as to whether they're just right or slightly loose). My biggest (really ONLY) gripe with You and All is their sizing chart. The measurement gap between sizes is inconsistent (two inches mostly, but then one inch here, and three inches here), and the gap between the size 16 and 18 in their tops and dresses/one-pieces is ridiculous. Why does it suddenly jump from 38" bust to 46" bust when every other size is either one inch, two inches, or three inches (with the bigger gaps always in the largest sizes), but the waist and hip are only ONE INCH bigger? It made it really hard to find the right size, as someone who sits pretty firmly between a 16 and an 18. Keep in mind, this also only applies when there even IS a sizing chart for the item you're looking at. I bought a belt that came in either a S/M or L/XL... there is no size chart with lettered sizing. Well, there is, but it's supposedly for kids, and it was not in the kids section, and shown on an adult model. I also bought a shirt that only came in either a '1+' or '2+'. What size is a 1+? Beats me, but apparently it is EXACTLY my size, and that free shirt is one of my favorite pieces (and not from lack of good options). The quality of every item has been great so far, especially the viscose knitted jumper I bought, but my one gripe on that front did, ironically, come from this skirt. With the side zip, there is a hook and eye closure at the top. Except I couldn't get the hook through the eye because there was a piece of thread blocking the way, exactly where the hook needed to go in. If you snip that thread, the entire eye comes off, so I'm going to have to resew that on at some point (or maybe not, it doesn't really need it in this case). The other minor quibble is that the zipper sticks a bit right where it goes over the bottom of the waistband, but it's really nothing to complain about. One piece of advice? If you buy a lace-up vest, you're probably going to need to size down, they're HUGE. If I could recommend one piece, it would probably have to be either the Silver Butterfly Decor Necklace (god, it's so pretty and makes me feel like the prettiest little baddie, but it does run quite small. I have to have it on it's very loosest setting and it's still quite a close choker-style necklace. I actually bought a second one for my sister) or the Green Knit Jumper Colour Block (so, SO soft. I did buy this in a 22 because I wanted it to be more oversized, and honestly, while the sleeves are delightfully big, the body of the piece isn't very oversized, so choose your size accordingly. (I bought 26 items between my first two orders, and a further 13 items in my third order, which is yet to arrive- though 1 of those is the duplicate necklace gift. I HAD to exchange 6 of those items due to over-sizing issues [some of that is obviously on me picking the larger size, but when there's an 8 inch gap between sizes on the size chart, what is a girl to do?], and 2 of those were vests, 3 of them were pants, and 1 of them was a jumpsuit. Every top I bought fit me, and all but one dress fit me really well (I would have exchanged the dress that didn't fit me as well, but it was out of stock and I decided I could live with it rather than return it entirely). The returns process is really simple and pain free, you only have pay a $10.99 handling fee per order of items you send back (so, with two orders having 4 and 2 returns respectively, it was $21.98), you select the items you want to return/exchange, select the new size you want, then they generate a shipping label for you to print out and you stick it to the shipping bag it came in... assuming you haven't ripped it to shreds, which is a lot harder than it sounds. The glue on their mailers is like the stickiest tar, so honestly, cutting the bag open to begin with is your best bet. I will ABSOLUTELY be buying from You and All again. (In fact, I think I'll do so right now...)"
