STANDARD DELIVERY DETAILS

• All orders over $100 receive complimentary standard shipping! (Australia Wide Only).

• Standard delivery is $9.99 AUD including GST, for orders under $100 AUD.

Please allow up to 3 business day handling time for your items to be picked and packed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale periods may impact this time due to high volumes.

• Any delivery service chosen to deliver the order we do not guarantee delivery of your parcel, however if a delivery issues does arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service.

• All parcels dispatched from our warehouse are consented to be left unattended by the courier if it is safe to do so. If the courier deems the address to be unsafe or they are unable to leave the item, the parcel will be taken to a local post office or parcel collection point.

• Please note, we do not cover or replace any orders that are lost in transit.

• Please check your address has been entered correctly as we're not able to change the shipping address once your parcel is already in transit. You + All will not be held responsible for any parcels delivered to the address entered on your order.

EXPRESS DELIVERY DETAILS

• Express Delivery $13.99 AUD (Australia Wide Only).

• Orders are prioritised for next business day dispatch.

Goods are delivered by Australia post shipping services. Australia Post will deliver to the address provided. If the courier deems the address to be unsafe or they are unable to leave the item, the parcel will be taken to a local post office to await collection.  

• Delivery can take up to 4 business days depending on location within Australia, once the order has been shipped. (Excluding weekends and public holidays).

• We do not guarantee next day delivery.

• Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as sale events and Christmas.

• Please note, we do not cover or replace any orders that are lost in transit.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?

Item availability - We may be out of stock in our warehouse for one or more of your items. 

Credit card verification is being performed by our team on request – If we have not received a response from you after two days, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc. Keep updated with delays through Australia Post. 

CAN MY ORDER BE AMENDED?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – We know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as your order is already being processed at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items. 

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received a faulty item. Contact us and we will sort this out for you ASAP. When you first contact us, please include the following:  

• Your Name 

• Order Number 

• Product Name and Code (this can be found on your confirmation email) 

• Photo of the fault 

• Description of the fault 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We have up to 5 business days in handling time prior to all orders leaving our warehouse. This does not include delivery times. During public holidays and busy periods this may vary.

I'M MISSING AN ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

• Order number

• Style number and size of the item/s received

• Product name and code of the item/s ordered

• Picture of the incorrect item/s received

• All orders are subject to availability of stock.

• We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.

• We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfill the requirements of our verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone using the details you have provided.

• We also reserve the right to cancel any order that does not met the terms and conditions of the promotion or conditions listed on the website.

• All refunds will be made in the same way as originally paid.

• Every effort has been made to portray the colours of products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee any colour will be completely accurate.
